osTicket v1.10 (stable) and Maintenance Release v1.9.15 are now available! Go get it now

List of all tickets (open or closed) not displayed

Once I log into the agent panel the total of open tickets is 31 which is correct but the list of the tickets (open or closed) are not displayed. The dashboard is correct - the admin panel displays ok. OST hosted by Godaddy.

  • I would upgrade to PHP 5.6 and I would check the PHP error logs to see what is going on.
  • Many thanks for your reply - the system has been running perfect - I have adjusted some settings recently, is there a section of the admin panel that could result in no listed tickets?
