Cannot send emails to addresses outside my organization

I'm using v 1.10 (901e5ea) and the site will not send email to any email address outside of my organizations domain. The system log is full of Mailer Error messages. The specific messages are: Unable to email via php mail function:support@osticket.com mail() returned failure. I've verified my settings in the email setup and everything looks correct. I've attached a couple of screenshots of what I'm getting. Has anyone else run into this issue before?

    Also you seem to contradict yourself:
    • The screenshot you posted is sending from HT Support <hr@midwestrefrigerated.com> (SMTP).
    • Yet you told us that you were sending email via PHPMail function.
    You might want to show us your mail settings.
