Filter Emails before they become a tickets

Hi Good afternoon, how can you filter my e-mail that will be tickets, for example, i have 2 mails, the first is from "" and the other is from "" can i filter this emails for the first be discarted and the second be a ticket?


  • You would do it at the mail server.
  • You can set up a ticket filter under Admin > Manage > Ticket Filters that rejects any email from a specific full or partial email address.

    I do this to reject emails from postmaster accounts, which are typically on-delivery reports.
