No mail to end users

My Osticket sends out mails ok to agent about new ticket and assignments. Even overdue ticket alerts, but I cannot get it to send out autoresponders, either when a ticket is automatically added via email or manually by an agent. I have checked everywhere I can think of to see if it's deactivated, but I can't see that it is. Any ideas ?

    email settings?
    screen shots?
    department settings?
  • I will keep that in mind.Thank.  Right now, i think the email I was using, was completely rejecting mail from Osticket. I tried anoth and a collegues. They work.
  • So should I mark this resolved and close it then?
