Configuration of two emails two fetch tickets for two different departments.

Hello Sir,

Could you please help me out in configuring the ticketing tool to fetch emails from two different Emails.
One Email ID will create tickets for one Department and the other need to create tickets for the other department.

Is it possible to do in Osticket. if so scheduling the job to fetch emails and creating tickets from the Mail ID's will work at same instant.
We request your kind help on the above.

We have configured the Os Ticket in Centos 7 and below are our configuration details.
Please let us know if any other information required from our end.

We are using Os ticket latest version please find the below details.

osTicket Version v1.10.1 (9ae093d) —  Up to date
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) PHP/5.6.32
MySQL Version 5.7.20
PHP Version 5.6.32

  • Go to Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails.
    Click add, and setup the first email.
    When done click save.
    Click add, and setup the second email.
    When done click save.

    Go to  Admin panel -> Agents -> Departments.
    If you already setup your departments, then you add the email to them.
    If you didn't then create your departments now and add the emails to them.
