Assign Ticket to first replier

would it be possible to assign the ticket to the first replier if and only if it is "unassigned"


  • I would assume this is very possible. You would just need to edit the reply process.

    Just use an if...else... statement
    Write a MySQL query to check if the ticket has a staff assigned, if not assign the replying staff. If it already has someone assigned, just reply as normal.
