I work for a University and we ran across the product to use as an email trouble ticket solution. I've installed OSTicket successfully and got the confirmation screen. My issue is when I attempt to log into the Admin Panel for the first time, I use the user credentials that I created on installation, but I get an HTTP 400 Bad Request page.
I found a few older threads on the forums and tried doing the UPDATE command in mySQL for idc_staff, but that didn't resolve it.
I was wondering if anyone else might have any help to provide.
