Suggestion - Ability to Add Video Files for Help - Knowledge Books & Support Tickets

Hi All

With supporting our users, we use Teamviewer and it records the session.  It would be great if we could attach that file to the Ticket and have the option so we can use it for internal use or send to the user.

It would also be great if you could add the video to the Knowledge books.

The file type is TVS file.

  • You can control what file types are allowed as attachments under:

    Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Settings > Ticket Attachment Settings  
    (in version 1.10.1 anyway, you didn't include any information about your version or environment)
