Check ticket status with ticket no.

I am using Osticket v1.9 with the latest LDAP plugin. I would like anyone with the ticket number to be able to look at the ticket/status (through the client section). Please assist. Thanks

  • I don't think that it works that way. 

    You can either use client accounts (and LDAP) -OR- you can use email and ticket number.
