  Hi, Would like to know if you can add more than one equipment ID to a ticket.

  From what I can see only one equipment ID can be associated to one Ticket ID.

  
  

  Problem is we have clients who return more than one piece of equipment at a time and we would like to track that particular job and see the associated  products that were returned.

  Currently it is not possible, you can log an enhancement request on github, it maybe implemented in the future.

  Hi,

  i've got a little problem.

  When i try to make a new ticket and i select a help topic, a lot of assets id fields show up.

  
  

  Also, when i click the dropdown menu called equipment on the create ticket page it shows ticket_id followed by the actual name.

  You can go to Admin->Manage->Forms and delete all extra Asset ID fields.

  On a drop down it suppose to have Asset_ID in front of the name by design.

  We (my sys admin, really) installed your Equipment mod over osTicket (v1.9.9-1-gbe2f138) and we're getting a MySQL-related error. He's not sure what to do next. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

  I don't think that poctob has updated his mod for use with 1.9.9-1 yet.  But hopefully he will answer your post quickly. :)

  That is correct.  No updates were done since 1.9.4.  Besides some minor hiccups, the plugin worked fined.  The issue mistressplaid is having is most likely related to not having sufficient privileges on the database.  The issue is tracked here:
