Can I add the ticket Subject to the ticket page
I've found it a problem in our team that once they open the ticket they can no longer see the Subject that the client typed in. Is there anyway that i can add this to appear along with the information below - as you can see in the example image its the only information that doesn't appear on the tickets page.
Any advice would be great.
