SMTP Error

I'm getting this error when adding a new email in my Osticket - Failed to connect to smtp.emailsrvr.com:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection timed out (code: -1, response: )]Any help would be appreciated.

  • Sounds like you cannot connect to the mail server.  This could be caused by a number of things, incorrect settings, local host fire wall, remove host firewall, etc.
