Tracking Time for Tickets?
I'd like the ability to run reports on agents to see how much time they've spent on tickets, closed, open or otherwise for any give time period. I've created a custom field in ticket details for this. I need to run reports to see how much time was spent for a specific agents, simply having a field isn't enough. I know you can do an advanced search and export but this doesn't work if you need to see both open and closed tickets. I just need to see the total of this time field for the time period no matter what the status of the ticket.
I have seen a couple of posts including this one
for a mod but this is for an older version. Sounds like it doesn't work with 1.9. Seems like this should be a built in feature. Any thoughts?
