Re-assign ticket

Hi all, i have an HD operator (me for example) that can assign ticket to all other operators or departements. when i re-assing the ticket can I have a ticket assigned to an operator and at the same time to a team to which the operator does not belong.
For our organization it's a problem, there is an option or an workaround to solve this problem.
