Ticket Generate from sent mail

Hello,

Ticket automatic generate when any mail send from support mail address. But I want only ticket generate when any mail received in support mail address. So how can I stop ticket generate from sent mail.

    Tickets are generated on email in the mail box.
    It doesn't matter how the mail gets there... if the mail is there in the mail box a ticket is created.
