How to disable client notifications

So I'm wanting to use OSTicket, less to spam clients, and more to keep a track of what I have outstanding.

I'll be getting users to email support if they have a problem, but I want to reply to them myself instead of canned responses.

Is there a way to disable the notifications to the client, but still have OSTicket notify me of new tickets/aging tickets etc?

    Disable all the Autoresponders.
    Configure Alerts and Notices how you want.
