My webhosting have MySQL version 4.0.26
Exists any way that allow me install and run osTicket?

you question is perfectly clear. But unfortunately it is not possible to install the new version of osTicket with your MySQL version.

I advise you to upgrade your MySQL. If you have an hosting provider that uses this version, you should let them know they need to upgrade.
