Basic installation problem

Hi,
I've just installed the osticket on my computer and when starting having the # osTicket Basic Installation window.
Just filling up all the field and at then end when I do Install, nothing is happening....
I don't know how to start then login to the database created on this window....
Do I have to create first the database on mysql admintration window or not? What sould I do to configure my environnement...?

I normally create the database first; google mysql commands if you need help in that department.

download and install easyphp
sourceforge.net/projects/quickeasyphp

it will install apache, php and mysql for running OSticket.

It will also provide you http:\\localhost\mysql\ page where you can easily administer, create databae and create users graphically in very easy way.
