i need to get my admin logon back

I put my admin user into the staff category and now I can only login to the "staff" page with all my accounts.

How can i fix this?

Try looking in your database in the table: ost_staff

Here you will find your admin user, and you can change it. As an example, set isadmin to 1. You can also change the group_id or dept_id if you want.
