Admin Login Error

Hello,

After a successful installation using the installer, I am getting the following error when trying to login to the admin panel:


Warning: main() [function.main]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/config.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/.../httpdocs:/tmp) in /.../support/main.inc.php on line 53

Warning: main(config.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /.../httpdocs/support/main.inc.php on line 53

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'config.php' (include_path='.:') in /.../httpdocs/support/main.inc.php on line 53


Any ideas on how I can correct this error?

Your open_basedir is either incorrectly configured or you have not correctly installed osTicket.
