Hi Guys,
I installed RC3, I got it running so where if a person submits a ticket they get an auto email. But how do I get it so if they respond to that email it updates the ticket?

It says in the auto email message to just either log in or respond to the email so there must be a way to do it.

You would need to setup pipe mail or pop mail so that when they reply to the address the message comes from it will be processed by the server.

thank you, I used the pipe method and it works out great!

one thing though, I dont like how the users get emails from noreply so they cant update tickets. right now i have alerts set to noreply email, if i set alerts to the ticket updating email will it update a ticket when you reply to the alert or will it start another ticket?

sorry if im being confusing...
