Hello,

I'm considering migrating from eticket. The need for a helpdesk arrose about 5 months ago and we found this and eticket. We ended up going with eticket as this project looked like it was dead, and it had been for over a year. But eticket is ok but not great, so I'm considering migrating back to osticket. Can anyone tell me the major differences between the two? I know eticket was a fork of osticket.... but i'm not sure what different.

Also is there any sort of migration so that all existing tickets can be kept and imported into osticket?

hah! no there isnt! that annoyed the hell out of me.
I had install errors so I couldn't even see what it looks like :P

If no one else here has one setup then when I get home I'll set a demo one up for people to check client and admin side out. ;)

That would be awsome. It would be great to check out the admin side of things and see how it looks and feels. That would allow me to easily compar it to eticket.
