Sendin tickets without registration

i have a very very basic question, i'm a newby, i'm sorry.

i would like to send tickets without a registration obligation. how can i do that with osticket?

I don't really what you mean, but in the 1.6 version I had installed some minutes ago there is no option to register, all guests can open tickets, and they are tracked by email.
