email setup for dummies

Hi
Im sorry I cant figure out the email setup procedure
Im using the piping method in cpanel
but its not working the email is bouncing and im getting the message Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address

the documentation says:
forward support@domain.com to "|/path/to/api/pipe.php" Please don't forget the quotes.

am i supposed to replace "path" with something and if so what?

yes, thanks for asking
forum members as well as the developer were very helpful
however it would have been nice if my co workers informed me that they had all emails on the server piped to their weboffice so I didnt spend a month pulling my hair out...
setting it up on a subdomain is working nicely
