screenshots in html email (outlook 2003 dutch) not attached in ticket
Hi,
Im running 2 email systems here, zarafa and just outlook with pop accounts. The emails send from the zarafa mail system with screenshots are processed ok. ticket is created with attachment called: Outlook.jpg. If the same email is send from an outlook pop account, the screenshot is not in the ticket. Running Osticket 1.6 stable. |
