Some premade replies seem to be getting cut off
actually stopped using this feature 'cos of this bug so no longer have examples of, but originally had something like 'Job Completed' and it cut off about 'Job Comp'

We have multiple issues with premade replies:

1. AJAX error message

Adding several base variables in a row (or too many?) produces an AJAX error. For example, this text:

Hi %name,

I have reviewed your ticket #%ticket, and am working on it now.

%subject
%status
%priority

Kind Regards,
%assigned_staff
produces a popup with this error message:

Cannot handle the AJAX call. Error#0

This happens as soon as I select the premade from the dropdown menu. The premade is never pasted into the comments field.

2. Cut-offs

Seems random. This one cuts off after the "a" in "are...":

Quote:
Hi %name,

I have reviewed your ticket #%ticket, and have some questions about it. These are...
This one does not cut off

Quote:
Hi %name,

I have reviewed your ticket #%ticket, and will tend to it SHORTLY/LATER/TODAY/THIS WEEK/THIS MONTH and will update you then.
What's the difference? The second one is longer.

We are currently severely limited in our premade replies due to these issues. Please address asap or at least provide a reply here with timeframe and options, if possible.
