second page in banlist pages uses wrong URL
page creation on banlist page lacks "t=banlist" reference
If there are more addresses in the banlist than space available on the page the page link should let us go to the next pages.
In the generated link for the next pages the "t=banlist" is omitted. This results in a link to the concordant page for System logs. Workaround is to manually add t=banlist in the URL.
