Mail from exchange servers is not "valid mails"
The mail sent from exchange server adresses is marked as invalid, and return a local delivery failed error.
For info: All other mail sendt from c-panel mail, g-mail, etc is working perfect.
This is a big issue, and i thinks it needs to be sorted out very soon. This could make people loss alot of customers and overall support-rating.
If you send mail from an exchange adress, you get this error:
Quote:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I'm not sure it is osTicket issue - to me it looks like mail delivery error. Did any error get logged to the system logs ( Admin dashboard)? The logger logs all api errors at LOG_WARNING level.
If possible PM me a raw text for such email so I can try manually.

I'm making some progress.
It looks like FROM address is wrong or is getting decoded wrong.
Code:
From: =?iso-8859-1?Q?V=E5**=2C_Ruben_=28H**_***=29?= <Ruben.****@***.***.no>
ends up as
Code:
From: V****, Ruben (****) <Ruben.****@***.***.no>
Which is interpreted as two emails... V**** and Ruben (**** ***) <Ruben.*****@hvam.***.no> . osTicket picks up the first email which ends up as V****@localhost which is wrong.
Working on a patch to make osTicket a little smarter on picking up FROM address in the rare case where multiple exists.

Ok, thanks.
I can see the problem with special chars like 'Å', because this is another issue i have when I'm sending automated e-mail templates from the system. Is this related?
Thanks for the help! :)
