Major bug: incomming emails loose most text in ticket
Incomming emails loose most text in web interface ticket, but not in notification email
I'm running 1.6 stable (fetching from a POP3 server), and has been working great until about a month ago. Now, when any tickets are created from incoming email, the ticket only shows the first line or two of the email. So for example, any ticket in the staff control panel will just show "Hello," or "Greetings," and nothing else.
The strange part is I set up notifications to send me a notification email when a new email comes in that shows the body of the client email. Those notification emails always show the full emails; it doesn't cut it off there. This means that the full emails are getting to osTicket fine, but when I ticket is made, it gets cut off for some reason. Any ideas? Thanks! |
