"osTicket Fatal Error" Messages
Receiving "osTicket Fatal Error" e-mails / unable to connect to OS Ticket

I have analyzed, repaired, and optimized my DB tables; but I am still unable to even get to the OS Ticket login screen, and I keep receiving the following e-mails:

The problem isn't your database, the problem is *connecting* to your database. Have you changed the username, password, hostname, or database name recently? Is your include/ost-config.php file still present, has the correct permissions and the correct definitions in it?
