Time worked
On Dashboard - Statistics i see Service Time but on a ticket I can't see any field to insert the time worked on a case, or i understand wrong about that future.

a little bug
maybe I'm not the only one who see that little bug (on Assign / Reassign ticket) if you don't select a person... you cant see the text error, what supposed to be "Select assignee".
