good morning to all;
I just installed osTicket server in my company. The server surfs the internet through a proxy; I wanted to know if I am liable to use a notification via email when you open a new ticket. I tried in all ways but I do not know where to set this feature. I apologize for my English, I wonder if there is a forum of Italian osTicket? Thanks to all. |
