Hi,
I installed osTicket 1.6 RC5, I try to use it inserting a ticket but I have some problems: - the system doesn't send the emails to the administrator and to the user - in the admin control panel, if I click on the ticket, the page becomes white as in the Immagine 1 - There are the message for changing chmod in 644, but the permissions are already 644 anyone can help me? ![]() thank you |

thanks to the this thread http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2396 I solved the problem of permissions, but I can't solve the other problems...
