Because tickets by department mean more to me than anything, i tweaked the reports.php file to use PHP for dates rather than MySQL, that way I could use these dates to make the output table under the pie chart link back to the search page based on the query.

Dear Scott,
Thank you so much for scripting the reporting tool, its awesome. I have a query is there a way where we can view the ticket from the report generated. i.e., a query to the database to pull out the closed/open tickets from the report, where in we can view the details of the ticket. Thanks in advance.... |

Hi Scottro,
Thank you for continually updating your already awesome MOD. I am looking into into using another MOD here on the forum to add a new field; a CUSTOMER field to be exact and have it pre-populated with our customer names which staff can choose when creating a new ticket. I would then like to be able to report against the "Tickets per Client" but based on this new CUSTOMER field for instance. Would you please look into this if it at all possible?
