Summary: This guide takes you step by step through the process of how to add a database populated drop down box to tickets on both the client and staff sides of OSTicket. Additionally it provides an Admin panel interface to add, remove, and mark drop down options active/inactive.

Hey!

I followed all the examples and it looks good all the way until the end.

I can't download the zip file with the extra files in it off your site! Comes down through chrome, but it is corrupt.

And I can't get to it form MSExploder. Says forbidden.

Your walkthrough is very thorough and easy to follow. Can you verify the availablility of the zip file?

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /files/MOD-agencies.zip on this server.
