Multiple Versions

Is it possible to run multiple versions/copies of OSTicket on the same machine.

I am currently using it for my Help Desk ticket system. I would like to load another version and do some editing and use it for the engineering department.

I tried just copying the folder to a new directory and rerunning the upload/setup but it says the configuration file has already changed.

I am running Ubuntu 8.04
mysql
phpmyadmin
apache2
