Default client page questions

hi guys I am new I have been lurking around the forum and haven't been able to find an answer to the following questions...

(1) I was wondering if there is already a solution or if there is a way for the client to be able to view all tickets w/o using the ticket ID maybe with a username and password. for example the client has over 20 tickets submitted it would be best to be able to login using a username and password than just selecting a ticket to be able to view the whole list of tickets you have submitted. for new clients this system will work fine but for your regular and big clients it would be a hassle to them logging in with a username and password would be much better.

(2) would it be possible for the admin tobe able to register clients for example for some clients I would want them to login using a username and password so i will register them and give them the login details (which they would be able to edit after they log in)?...

(3) in the client account page on the upper right corner there are 3 buttons the view open, view closed and refresh if you have more status would it be possible to add a button there?! like a in progress, pending, billed, completed buttons?

(1) If you log in with an email address and a ticketID, you get a list of ALL your tickets - not just that ticket which you used to log in.

(2) There have been many questions asked about username/password access rather than the current email/ticketID. I understand that it is proposed for a future version, but that there is not a release date as yet.

(3) You sure can add extra buttons there. You would need to edit the code in include/client/header.inc.php
