Cool How to reply from admin??

Hello

Ive just setup osticket and it works fine although i cant seen to find where to login as admin and reply to the tickets that are being posted?

May sound stupid but how do i reply to the tickets as admin???

Go to:

http://www.domain.com/osticket_folder/scp/

(Obviously, you have to substitute your own details for the domain and osTicket location)

There you can log in with your admin username and password.

thanks... i can login as admin... but then i get all the preferences come up... and cant see where i can just reply to the tickets...

When you login, at the top you will see:
