Refresh Issues After Updating Tickets in the SCP
Hello,
I am having an issue after editing an open ticket. After editing the ticket, I click on submit and the page goes back to the ticket view screen; however, not all of the fields refresh to reflect the changes that I made. I have to refresh the growers to see the changes that I made during the edit. I noticed that the fields that don't refresh are the fields that have drop-down lists such as department and help topics. I am running OsTicket version 1.6.0 and PHP 5.3.6.
Any Suggestions?
