Default Admin login vs Staff login
I can log in with user name and password.

How do others like my manager log into osTickets?

I see no way to create a separate password for staff although
they do have separate user names.

In the Admin Panel, go to Staff and then click on "Add new user".

Here you can provide all information including a password.
