Default Enable Piping
I have installed OsTicket on my machine.I need to fetch emails from my email id to create support tickets on OS ticket.
I have enabled "Enable email piping" In email settings in Admin Panel as told and when I am trying to access "http://www.yourdomain.com/osticket/api/pipe.php " as told on http://osticket.com/wiki/Email_Piping link I am getting error as "The website declined to show this webpage"

Please let me know wht can be done for the same
