Default multiple system email addresses

can we add more system emails addresses to osticket.....like if i want to fetch mails from two different emails and create tickets for both

Yes. I have one system that fetches for about 50 different accounts and puts them all in different departments.

I am actually looking for the exact this you mentioned.

We got 4 companies so I want to setup for separate systems email and each assigned to its own department automatically.

this will help, as we never taught the staff to use the web interface.
They just send email to our one system email which gets fetched and I have to manually assign to departments.
Any help much appreciated.

You should just be able to add the email addresses into the Admin Panel > Emails and then select which department that email belongs too. Then just select "New Ticket Dept" and it should get assigned to that dept.
