Default Have to login twice

Hello,

I have installed Osticket and am quite pleased with it. However, I have some trouble with logging in.

When I start working in it, I have to log in twice. the first time, I'm redirected to the tickets page, but when I try to go to another page, I'm kicked out and have to log in again. After the second login, everything works perfect. This also happens when I try to login as a customer.

Additionally, when I try to login from a PC that hasn't accessed Osticket yet, I can't login at all. Only after a while, logging in works. This seems to be random, as one PC couldn't log in one day, but could the next. Yesterday, I tried logging in from another PC, and that one still can't log in. (Although it still has a couple hours until a full day has passed)

The problem exists with IE, Firefox and Chrome. Host is all-inkl.com

I hope someone can help me.

Okay, Problem solved. Here is what happened:

When i was translating, i had converted most of the source code to UTF-8 with BOM. Appearantly, PHP doesn't like BOM, causing it to not send out the session cookie at first. Its only send out at all because one of the files it uses while kicking me out was still in ANSI (the logout.php, most likely)

@backspace: If you have converted files into UTF-8, then open them up in notepad++ or similar, and convert them to UTF-8 without BOM. That should solve it.
