Default messages style is changing

When < etc characters used by email, the ticket system are ignore them at all or remove some of the messages.
Even if i reply on the ticket system with a message starting < it changes them as well.
Any idea to sort or setting im missing ?

Not real sure what your trying to ask.

Currently OST removes html from the body of emails. It's been a while since I have gone and looked at the function(s) that do that, but if you want to change it I would bet its located in:

/include/class.parsemail.php

Hi, sorry for my english i will try explain again, it is not only emails.

If i reply in osticket, with message for example: <hi> you are here ?
Only "you are here ?" is posted and <hi> is removed.

However in mails its more if u get mail like;

hello
<hi> you are here ?
where are you from etc
etc..

Osticket will only get the first line "hello" and the rest are not taken to ticket.

Hope was better explaining..
