Incorperating osTicket into existing website

Hello everyone,

I have an existing PHP/MySQL website. To access the site, users need to first log on using their username and password.

I wish to add support ticketing functionality. Is it possible to make osTicket appear as a page of my existing website?

Also, since the user has already logged on (and therefore their name/email/etc is known), I would rather not force them to reenter this data when entering a ticket. Can osTicket accommodate this?

Looks like I can modify index.php and open.inc.php easy enough to do so. Has anyone done this?

Yes, but you would have to directly access osTicket's database. The SOAP mod does this for you.

getting internal server error.
