Default Client switched to new Microsoft Exchange Server - Can't connect now

Hello, today my client moved their email to a new server. Previously it was hosted where I host their website. Now it's on a Microsoft Exchange Server. When trying to update the email account settings in the emails tab of OS Ticket's admin area, I use the settings the client provided me, and I hit submit, and nothing....browser just spins and spins and eventually times out....

This is the info provided to me by client:

Server name: pod51011.outlook.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL

I'm positive I'm also entering the username and password they provided correctly...

any suggestions? This is extremely urgent as it's affecting a state agency that works on hundreds of tickets daily...

Thank you,

I would guess that it is either a SSL/TLS issue, or a port issue. Can you get access to their mail server logs and see what the errors are?
