No Ost-Config file

Hi there,

I wanted to install osTicket on my host as it is a better host than my previous one, but I tried to install it and I got

osTicket installer requires ability to write to the configuration file, include/ost-config.php. A template copy is located in the include directory (include/ost-config-sample.php).

Rename the sample file to ost-config.php and click continue below.

I had a look at my file directory, and it appears there's no ost-config-sample.php file in there, nor an ost-config.php file. I re-downloaded and re-extracted, but there still appears to be no file. My host DOES NOT have an auto-installer, so I am unable to use that as my alternative.

Operating System - Windows 7 Home Premium

I just downloaded the distribution file and the file is there. In the archive it would be located at upload\include\ost-config.sample.php. The distribution archive hasn't been changed in a really long time. Please look again.
