Default Ticket view showing closed tickets...
Hi all,

Our ticket view is showing closed tickets when there are no open tickets...how can stop this?

Yes there is! But you will need to know some rudimentary PHP to make it happen. ScottRo forum mod here and mod author over at sudobash.net wrote an article on this very subject some time ago. Here is a link to his article:

Thanks for the reply.

I have completed the reports, assigned to, ticket age mods and additional fields, so hopefully I can make this one work too!

So after completing the mod as per the above link, my tickets page does not show anything...it is just blank after the menus.

The 2 tickets under My Tickets are infact closed too, but still show as My Tickets...

Ha, after some trial and error I realised I was missing a close bracket! Doh.

Now working.
