IS there in the near future to have this on a Droid application?, I'm always on the move and i was wondering if you guys are or have something like zendesk for droid application, I really love the use of OSticket , to me is simple easy to use and fast.

Pardon me if I'm not understanding, but osTicket is web-based, so should work on any mobile browser, and the alerts should go to your mobile's inbox.

There is no Android specific app for OST at this time that I am aware of.
However I'm not sure that one is really needed either. I use the web browser on my Android phone all the time and access OST just fine.

It's not that you can't access it. It's just that the web interface was not designed for mobile devices and is extremely clumsy when being used on one.

Even if there was just a mobile version, instead of a dedicated app, it would be worlds better. Although, I do have to say that getting push notifications about tickets that weren't through email would be amazingly slick, and shouldn't be too hard using something like jQuery Mobile or Phonegap.

**Edit: I do realize that this is an old topic, but I believe that it is still relevant.

This sounds great DrJoomla. I have looked at your website but I can't see any screenshots/ demo version/ video or anything like that. Do you have a demo version that connects to your test server that I could test drive perhaps?

Thanks

Simon

Personally I just use a web browser on my phone. /shrug. Has anyone actually bought this? Can anyone review it here on the forums for the rest of us?
