Attachement Directory / INVALID help!!

Hi,

I have installed OS Ticket and I would like to allow attachment uploads but I am getting the error message: “Invalid path directory”.
I am aware this has been brought up many times on the forum, I did look up but couldn’t find a solution.

Would any genius out there be able to help me out please !

For info, I have created a separate folder for attachments called /uploads (located on root folder, same as my /support one).
Permissions are 755 (as my register host won’t accept 777).

Any suggestions welcome

You need to supply the full system path.
You should be able to get this information from your web host.
